Sorry for lack of updates lately been really lazy to update this space but since pris kept saying its dead and when she’s bored she can’t read cos its not updated so i’ll finally update. Haha realise i used the word ‘update’ for four times. Okay anyway just to let you guys know i’m back to dieting once more starting tomorrow and i just googled the calories for foods i might be consuming during my diet so i’ll prolly share it here so those who are also very conscious, can take a look at it

Celery: 2 kcal
Egg: 84 kcal
Wholemeal bread: 79 kcal
Drinks
Black coffee: 15.4 kcal
Water: 0 kcal
Thats all i could think of for the moment. Will update it when i’ve thought of more haha so in the meantime this are the stuff i’m gonna eat for months. Cheer me on please. Anyway all calories above are modified based on how much and how is it cooked and eaten by me so yeah. This will only be reliable if you eat like me. Anyway if you realise, there’s no meat at all.
